    Dr Henry: Heart failure that has reversible ischemia， where you improve blood supply therefore you improve the muscle， is very positive. Trials where you have dead muscle and normal blood supply is the biggest challenge we face. There are early trials that show some suggestion of success but it really is more challenging. How do you do myogenesis with just enough muscle but without too much? Uncontrolled myogenesis would be bad.
